Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, only Exchange or Credit On Account. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 45 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (cannot be worn, cut or altered in any way).

Restocking Fees:
Due to the delicate nature of hair goods, all returns will be subject to a processing fee. Exchanges and Credit On Account will be subject to an 8% fee. Refunds will be subject to a 10% fee.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (less restocking fee) will be processed 10-14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
